Prudential staffs and maintains a command and control center 24/7. This allows for immediate communication between clients, operations managers, officers, and the entire Prudential staff. The command center is the hub of supervision road patrols, and a key element in quality control. The ability to monitor our accounts, and be proactive as opposed to reactive has been instrumental in our continuing success.
