It all begins with very stringent and integral recruiting practices that draw qualified individuals who have the capacity to perform in the sensitive environment of an educational facility. After exhaustive state, local and national background checks are complete, FBI fingerprint and 10 panel comprehensive drug tests are implemented. Prudential utilizes a 6 module in-house training program that specifically targets the educational sector.
